Bruce and Judy Kirkham are an Australian couple who have visited France on many occasions in the past 20 years. They had been managing French cottages for friends for 5 years when the opportunity arose to buy their own 'maison de campagne' in 2008. They are familiar with many regions of France as well as neighbouring European countries, so feel free to ask questions about any aspect of your holiday.     TARIFF: $1,100 AUD per week (plus final cleaning fee of A$100).   Typically bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Bookings are confirmed with a deposit of A$250/week, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the booking date. Payment can also be paid in Euros €. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. • Change of dates, where available, can be arranged without penalty. • In the event of cancellation, deposit will be refunded if six months notice is given. • Should a booking need to be cancelled with no firm alternate date known, the deposit will be retained and applied to the replacement booking when the date is confirmed. • The balance of the rental is due six weeks before the start of the rental period. Note: There is no security deposit requested with bookings. Instead, guests agree to leave the farmhouse tidy, with furniture replaced, kitchen clean and dishes put away.
